Booking Policy
We’re excited to have you book with us! To provide the best service possible, please review the following:
Appointments are required and can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable, even in the case of cancellations or rescheduling.
• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in being unable to book future appointments.
• Arriving late may reduce your service time or require a reschedule.
Late & Cancellation Policy
• We offer a 10 minute grace period for your appointment.
• After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied or your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability.
• No call/no shows, same day cancellations, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the card on file being charged the full service amount.
• Arriving late may also reduce the length of your service time.
Groupon Gratuity Policy
To support our amazing team, a 20% gratuity based on the original service price will be added at the end of your visit.
